Terms & Conditions for jeetaace

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document. Familiarity with these terms will help you understand your rights and obligations as a registered player on jeetaace.

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

jeetaace reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point in a Player's account lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by our support team may result in account suspension and withdrawal processing holds.

By completing the registration process on jeetaace, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Any false declaration of eligibility is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure, cancellation of all pending bets, and forfeiture of any associated balance.

To access the full range of services available on jeetaace — including deposits, live casino, cricket betting, and slot games — you must register a player account. One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one registered account on jeetaace at any time. If we detect that a Player has registered multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment details, same device, or the same IP address — all associated accounts will be suspended pending investigation. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided and the net deposit balance subject to review.

Deposits:

• Deposits made via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically reflected in your jeetaace balance within seconds of the wallet transaction completing;
• Bank card and bank transfer deposits may take longer to process depending on your financial institution;
• jeetaace does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges;
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible;
• A minimum withdrawal amount may apply; the current threshold is displayed in your account withdrawal section;
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Players who have not completed KYC will be required to do so before their first withdrawal is processed;
• jeetaace reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of routine security and compliance checks;
• Bonus funds and winnings derived entirely from bonus play are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full;
• jeetaace does not accept liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or mobile network operators.

jeetaace offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific conditions attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general bonus terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jeetaace reserves the right to determine eligibility on a promotion-by-promotion basis;
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion is explicitly designated as recurring or ongoing;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, converted to cash, or exchanged for any other form of value unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full;
• jeetaace reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reclaim any bonus that has been awarded as a result of a technical error, system fault, or in circumstances where abuse of the bonus offer is detected;
• Players who hold both real-money balance and bonus balance will have their real-money funds wagered first, unless the specific promotion specifies otherwise;
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the timeframe specified in the promotion details. Bonus funds that expire before wagering requirements are met will be removed from the account without compensation.

Bonus Abuse: jeetaace actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-variance bet strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, coordinated play across multiple accounts, and repeated exploitation of welcome or reload offers. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse may have their bonuses voided, their winnings adjusted to remove bonus-derived proceeds, and their accounts suspended or permanently closed.

The following rules apply to all gaming and betting activity conducted through jeetaace, including live casino games, sports betting (cricket and other markets), slot machines, fishing games, and specialty titles.

Placing Bets:

• All bets must be placed using funds held in your jeetaace account balance. Credit facilities are not available;
• Once a bet has been confirmed by the platform, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player — except in specific circumstances covered by the individual game rules;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets; these are displayed within each game interface or betting market prior to bet placement;
• jeetaace reserves the right to limit the maximum bet or payout amount for any individual Player or game at its sole discretion, without prior notice;
• In the event of a technical failure during a live game session — including disconnection, server error, or game interruption — jeetaace will apply the relevant game provider's official rules for incomplete rounds. Where no rule applies, bets will be refunded to the Player's account.

Sports Betting — Cricket:

• Cricket betting markets on jeetaace cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures;
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to real-time odds fluctuations; a bet is settled at the odds confirmed at the moment of bet placement, not at the odds displayed at any subsequent time;
• Markets are settled based on official competition results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC). In the event of a result dispute, jeetaace will await the official governing body's determination before settling markets;
• If a match is abandoned, reduced in overs, or decided by a DLS method result, settlement will follow the specific market rules applicable to that event — available in the sports betting help section after Login.

Game Integrity: The use of any automated tool, bot, script, or software to interact with jeetaace games or betting markets in a manner not consistent with normal human play is strictly prohibited. Any Player found to be using such tools will have their account immediately suspended and any related winnings voided.

By registering and maintaining an account on jeetaace, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in full compliance with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jeetaace:

• Registering under a false identity, providing inaccurate personal information, or impersonating any other person or entity;
• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on jeetaace;
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age or if online gambling is prohibited in your jurisdiction;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the jeetaace platform, software, or infrastructure;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted software to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit any feature of the games or betting markets;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, pricing errors, or any other technical fault to your advantage — you are required to report any such issues to support@jeetaace immediately upon discovery;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the jeetaace platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jeetaace staff, support agents, or other Players via any communication channel;
• Sharing your Login credentials or account access with any third party for any purpose.

jeetaace reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct. During an investigation, the relevant account may be suspended and all withdrawals placed on hold. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, jeetaace may take any or all of the following actions: void all pending bets and bonuses, reclaim bonus-derived winnings, permanently close the account, and retain the net balance pending resolution of any financial irregularities.

jeetaace reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to satisfactorily complete identity verification (KYC) within the specified timeframe;
• Detection of duplicate accounts or multiple registrations by the same individual;
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity;
• Suspected or confirmed underage access;
• A Player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure under responsible gaming provisions;
• Prolonged inactivity (an account may be classified as dormant after a defined period of no Login activity, subject to our dormant account policy);
• Requirement to comply with applicable legal, regulatory, or law enforcement obligations.

Voluntary Account Closure: Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support@jeetaace. Pending verification of identity and settlement of any outstanding bets, the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered withdrawal method. Bonus funds held at the time of voluntary closure are not withdrawable unless all wagering requirements have been met.

Dormant Account Policy: An account that has had no Login activity for an extended period may be classified as dormant. jeetaace will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder via registered email before applying any dormant account fee. Any administrative fee applied to dormant accounts will not cause the total balance to fall below zero.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jeetaace's liability to any Player in connection with their account or use of the platform's services is limited to the real-money balance held in the Player's account at the time any claim arises. jeetaace is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses, including loss of anticipated winnings or loss of enjoyment.

Amendments to These Terms: jeetaace reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to their registered address. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to a material amendment, you should close your account before the effective date.
